TIATR (DRAMA)

The Parish of Agonda celebrated Mission Sunday by staging a Konkani Tiatr “Bondkonn”. The drama was written and directed by the Parish Priest Fr. Mathew Fernandes, sfx. The music for the drama was provided by Fr. Peter Cardozo, sfx. Unique thing about this drama is that everything of the drama was managed by the parishioners. All the actors, singer, musician and support staff was from the parish. Over 600 people attended the 3hrs 20 mts drama and every one went home very happily. It is after the long such a tiatr of the villagers has been staged. The proceeds of the drama will be handed over to SMI Sisters who are celebrating Silver Jubilee of their existence in Agonda.
